The Hardware Engineering (HWE) Business Operations organization is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our team. Our mission is to systematically enable and improve HWE's business and operational outcomes. Put simply, we are here to provide services that enable the business to run well. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving and delivering on key operational initiatives from ideation through implementation. You will plan, coordinate, drive, and report on internal business intelligence initiatives which inform critical business decisions. This is a great opportunity for a self-driven individual to utilize their business and organizational acumen, strong collaboration and relationship building skills, and ability to execute to create impact. This work requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, program management rigor, relationship building, business analysis, and process mindset. Description

Primary responsibilities: Leverage both quantitative and qualitative business insights in order to develop and execute on program strategy and plans. Drive alignment and manage expectations of leadership, partners, and stakeholders. Drive day-to-day program efforts, including cross-functional meetings, action items, data management, status reporting, and risk mitigation. Create and maintain organizational systems which map deliverables to team efforts. Prepare internal and executive-level presentation materials, facilitate meetings, document outcomes, and drive after-actions. Identify and drive process improvement opportunities to create efficiencies and improve overall outcomes. Consolidate, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to drive intelligent decision making.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/A degree required
  • Prior experience (5+ years) leading Program Management, Business Analysis, Data Science or a related role.
  • Strong data analysis, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in the field of Program Management, Business Analysis, Data Science or a related role, including experience managing multiple, fast-paced projects simultaneously.
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of integrity and personal accountability.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and forge strong partnerships.
  • A polished verbal, written, and visual communicator with the ability to filter and distill relevant information for the appropriate audience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage complexity
  • Resilience and flexibility when faced with uncertainty and changes in direction
