Description

The Events Broadcast and Production team in Cupertino, California seeks a Production Coordinator for keynote event production and filming. This role supports the team in overall production coordination and project management for the keynote and other marquee events, navigating both live event and filming workflows as a part of the larger producing team. You will own the flow of information for all production logistics - access, badging, crew lists, security, catering, shared documents, and internal guidelines with external and internal production partners. Additional responsibilities include: Integrate and on-board new vendors in production management processes and tools. Maintain operational documents - metrics, templates, processes, call sheets, crew logistics, site plans, and maps. Support the project management needs of keynote events in all production departments and areas. Coordinate staff, crew, and executive catering, travel, day-of support, and logistics. Develop and issue Crew's, Presenters', and Executives' call sheets and support documents (e.g. arrival, badging, logistics, and maps). Lead management of production assistants for keynote events throughout all stages of production.
  • 2+ years experience as a Production Coordinator in the broadcast events and/or filming production space coordinating projects and processes across cross functional teams.
  • Experience in production logistics and scheduling support.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Outstanding process management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Excels in efficient communication, collaboration, and coordination of plans to a wide variety of production teams, departments, and partners.
  • Experience tracking budgets and finances with production and production vendors.
  • Ability to process and distill fast-paced scenarios to effectively troubleshoot and tackle production-related problems.
  • Passionate about driving numerous, multi-step production workflows without compromising quality.
  • Flexible and prepared for pivots to the schedule, including last-minute adjustments and working early mornings, evenings and/or weekends.

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $88,100 and $132,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
