Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it. The Product Quality team is looking for a highly motivated quality professional to support outbound quality management. You will be responsible for sustaining quality management for many of Apple's Softgoods products.

• 3+ years experience supporting new product launches from a mechanical, product quality or product development perspective
• Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline such as mechanical or industrial engineering

• Project management experience, including influencing others without direct authority
• Experience working with high volume international manufacturers and traveling to manufacturing sites
• Results-driven and detail-oriented leadership experience required
• Excellent written and verbal communication, proven ability to present effectively to leadership
• Data-driven approach to problem solving
• Experience with part reliability methods, quality sampling methodologies, and statistical techniques
• Finance/business acumen - understand cost drivers and derive/optimize costs associated with managing quality
• Experience managing consumer product performance in the field ("eye of the customer")
• Technical knowledge related to Softgoods products is a plus
• Experience with packout & supply chain logistics is a plus

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $122,300 and $184,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
