The worldwide Apple Retail Engagement & Marketing (REM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail's customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple's products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values. Join our Retail App Design team as an experienced Product Designer and help shape the tools used by Apple's retail team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a hands-on design role. The ideal candidate has a passion for taking on complex problems by designing elegant, simple, intuitive solutions

• Must submit a design portfolio of concepts and design solutions that includes sketches, wireframes, detailed designs and prototypes focusing on iOS, iPad & macOS platforms.
• At least 6 years of design experience in product design roles with at least 2 years contributing to design systems

• Highly proficient and efficient with design and prototyping tools to visualize ideas and deliver work quickly
• Experience designing apps at every stage of the process, from concepting through delivery, working closely with partners to ensure high quality outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present work to large groups and executives
• Familiarity with behavioral design principles, including understanding of human motivations, biases, and decision-making processes.
• Experienced in AI/ML and other emerging technologies
• Flexible and fast learner with a proven track record delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced work environment
• Degree in interaction design, human interaction, sociology, psychology, visual design, or related field
• A passion for Apple, its products, and its customers

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,800 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
