As a part of our Legal group, you'll help uphold Apple's high ethical and corporate standards, as well as defend our intellectual property, by providing legal support for all our products and businesses across the globe. Working for a company that invents entire categories and industries means you'll be challenged to creatively apply your deep legal expertise to rare and often unexplored aspects of the law. As a privacy legal lead working closely with teams on Apple's payments and financial services features, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic group on critical issues impacting Apple's business and products. You will work directly with business and engineering teams in close collaboration with others in legal and compliance to design innovative frameworks and solutions for products.

• 4+ years experience in privacy and/or data governance and compliance
• Knowledge of privacy and data protection laws and regulations, experience in driving regulatory work including regulatory responses
• Experience conducting ongoing compliance monitoring activities in coordination with other compliance and operational assessment functions
• Fluency in security frameworks, including ISO, NIST, and knowledge of financial-related data security requirements such as NYDFS Cybersecurity Regulations and PCI DSS
• JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar

• Pulse on cutting-edge legal issues like AIML in the financial services context, with an emphasis on financial data requirements
• Able to clearly organize and inform through excellent written and verbal communications
• Ability to partner at all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical capability with attention to detail

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $193,000 and $290,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
