Description
The PR Specialist for Apple TV+ will coordinate with teams in the US and internationally to help execute publicity initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting the development and execution of PR campaigns across series and/or feature film campaigns. This role will build press materials, coordinate media tours and set visits, secure media coverage, work with talent and producers, and develop and maintain relationships with press. The position will identify and manage issues in a fast-paced environment, and support the broader Corporate Communications and Publicity team.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in public relations or communications in television, film or for a PR agency
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience executing successful publicity programs for television series or feature films
- Strong knowledge of and PR experience in entertainment
- You are self-motivated, possess a positive team-player attitude and are passionate about entertainment
- You should be able to prioritize multiple projects and thrive in a very dynamic environment
- You should have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- You are a self-starter who is dedicated and demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities
- You have excellent written and verbal communications skills and detailed project management skills
- You are able work well under pressure, with proven experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $108,200 and $165,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
