Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things. The Planning and Portfolio Management team orchestrates and manages the portfolio of projects for Apple's online store. As part of the team, you'll be focused on decision support for our leadership and the wider Retail organization by creating insightful analysis and reporting. Your work will support us in managing our project budgets and resource capacity, allowing us to innovate, and create the best-in-class experiences for our customers.

Description
This position plays a crucial role in driving data-driven decision making and project success. As a Portfolio Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis, while also identifying areas for process improvement.
- 4+ years experience with data analysis in a portfolio management, financial, or planning environment
- Understanding of data analysis, forecasting, and reporting methodologies
- Proficient in spreadsheets (Numbers, Excel), presentation software, and data visualization
- Experience communicating data to large audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of project management tools and strategies
- General technical know-how and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with a PMO or business data oriented team
- Analytical, detail oriented, and strong critical thinking skills
- PMP certification a bonus
