We're seeking a dynamic leader to manage our Americas (AMR) HR team, delivering comprehensive employee support across multiple countries. This role leads a team of HR professionals, including direct leadership of supervisors, leading all aspects of operational management, HR program administration (Benefits, Payroll, HR Systems), and compliance. You'll drive process improvements, implement scalable solutions, and partner with cross-functional teams to address emerging needs. Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of Human Resources experience and 2 years of leadership experience, OR operational leadership and high-volume customer support experience with 2+ years of direct leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with enterprise HR systems (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday, etc.).

  • Ability to navigate complex business needs and develop well-considered solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and action-oriented, using data to drive improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand data and propose credible business or process improvements.
  • Passion for people, team management, coaching, and mentoring, with a drive to support team development.
  • Secondary language skills are a plus
  • Experience with macOS or a strong desire to learn.
