Description

Develop data-based systems and operations research based tools to advance decision making process and digital transformation at NPI capacity team. - 20% of time will be dedicated to project management with other technical teams for collaboration Migrate data which has historically been maintained in spreadsheets and emails to a data warehouse - Set up data pipelines for ongoing data collection and organization - Provide cloud-based dashboards for easy access to factory related data through all levels of the organization -- Develop optimization models to solve manufacturing capacity related problems including sourcing, material allocation, line planning etc

  • Minimum 3-5 years of industry experience
  • Scripting - Python
  • Data Warehousing - Snowflake
  • Data Visualization - Tableau
  • Optimization, Mixed Integer Programming - Gurobi
  • Web Applications - iPywidgets, Voila
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post-grad degree in engineering or economics preferred.

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
