Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Services Lead to oversee the efficient operation of our facilities, as well as the delivery of exceptional Service's to our clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, expertise in operations, and a customer-centric approach to service delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: Engaging in daily operations, monitor key performance indicators, and optimize processes to achieve efficiency and quality. Identifying areas for improvement in operations and client management and recommend changes. Developing and maintaining operational policies and procedures with a focus on customer experience and SLA adherence. Coordinating cross-functionally with other services lines (i.e. Projects, EH&S, and Security) to develop end-to-end formal processes. Preparing reports and analysis on operational policies and procedures with a focus on SLA adherence. Assisting in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards. Collaborating with colleagues from diverse locations to share/implement best practices and ensure consistent service delivery. Establishing dashboards to monitor and track SLA's. Managing internal and external relationships in support of programs.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 - 7 years of of hands-on experience working in a fast-paced multi-facility corporate environment, with a focus on providing the best in class service
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
- Good verbal and written business communications skills
- Solid understanding in the use of computer tools such as productivity software, e-mail, and databases
- Pro-active self-starter, analytical, and ability to work independently and with a team.
- Strong work either with uncompromising integrity.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $77,200 and $116,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
