Description

OPMs are pivotal to the dynamic development and execution of key strategic projects in the Product Operations team. A successful OPM is a leader and facilitator; is driven, organized, and detail oriented; excels in program/project management; communicates with ease at all levels; and is self-motivated to succeed in ambiguous environments. We lead within the worldwide operations team and collaborate across engineering, software, regulatory, and other teams to create impact through novel and significant projects. - Lead the execution of strategic initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment across multiple organizations. - Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and autonomy in driving projects forward, taking initiative to overcome obstacles and deliver results. - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to the product operations team. - Learn and go deep into details and processes, seeking to understand underlying complexities and nuances. - Influence teams and outcomes in project areas non-traditional to product operations. - Drive quality, cost, and labor initiatives across multiple CMs and product groups.
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, supply chain or product development. Consumer electronics background preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering. Masters or MBA are considered a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven success in project management, operations, or consulting roles.
  • Comfortable independently navigating and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills for clear and concise conveyance of complex ideas and data.
  • Strong analytical skills for rapid data gathering, analysis, and decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships across organizational levels.
  • Experience in international and/or regional Product Safety, Environmental, EMC, and Regulatory standards/regulations, and/or government affairs is a plus

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in engineering. Masters or MBA are considered a plus

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $119,900 and $181,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
