Apple is seeking an Operations PM Specialist to join the Program Management and Infrastructure Team to support internal business operations and learning & development across the Hardware Technologies organization. This role is responsible for creating and managing multifaceted dashboards, overseeing operational activities, delivering first-line customer support, and driving process improvements and efficiency initiatives through multi-functional collaboration. Additionally this role has broad exposure to multiple areas across the company as these tools and processes provide support across the organization and impact all product lines and are transforming the way people work at Apple. Description
As an Operations PM Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting leaders with data-driven decision-making, creating and managing data visualizations, overseeing multiple process optimization initiatives, and providing proactive support to the user base. - Manage and drive Operational monthly activities: coordinate with Business Analyst and software development team to own an internal tool to collect data. - Build and maintain "Dynamic Dashboards": run reports on data, build data visualizations to better communicate, and collaborate with partners and provide updates to leadership - Own first-line customer Support of email and slack channels to help triage issues, answer first order questions, and work with leaders and execs for custom requests - Drive operational efficiency initiatives and process improvements. Work multi-functionally to scope a new tool/process request, gather team members, establish and implement process, follow up, identify improvements, drive effort to completion. - Coordinate budget by reconciling approved expenses as well as classifying and augmenting with meta data. - Support conference request approval process by working with collaborators to maintain and improve conference approval process.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree and/or 5+ years of related professional experience.
- Experience in Customers Service, Administration, or Project/Program management.
- Experience working with Excel or Numbers for data processing.
- Experience with creating Data Visualizations such as: Tableau, ThoughtSpot.
- Experience with Process Flow/Tracking such as: Jira.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with financial reporting or reviewing/process expense reports.
- Clear written and communication skills - Professionally synthesize communication effectively across executive and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with creativity in data visualization.
- Excellent organizational skills with acute attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Process-optimization mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Constantly thinking "how can I do this better".
- Exemplary customer service skills: Ensure easy customer approachability and accessibility. Proactively address and resolve issues, focus on problem-solving and helping the customer by building relationships.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset - stay curious and quickly be able to learn new tools, adapt to change, and eagerly seek and adopt innovative solutions.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $101,700 and $211,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
