Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations & Maintenance, and Services Lead to oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities, as well as the delivery of exceptional Service's to our clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in maintenance operations, and a customer-centric approach to service delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising a team, coordinating maintenance activities, managing service requests, and ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Examples of responsibilities listed below: O&M: - Perform a variety of HVAC, minor electrical, plumbing, and building repairs. - Plan and prioritize tasks in a focused work environment and maintain high levels of efficiency without direct supervision. - Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure the safety and functionality of all facilities and equipment. Services: - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to employees' concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the resolution provided. - Ensure team compliance with agreed SLA's and important metrics - Effective interpersonal skills in order to provide direction to contractors and vendors performing services for the company.
  • 5 - 7 years of of hands-on experience working in a fast-paced multi-facility corporate environment, with a focus on providing the best in class service
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Documented proof of some basic technical training in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing concepts from an approved accredited institution or union apprenticeship school

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good verbal and written business communications skills
  • Substantial understanding of building mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire life and safety systems, a primary background in mechanical(HVAC) preferred.
  • Skilled understanding of the proper use of common hand tools
  • Understanding of the use of specialized tools and test equipment
  • Solid understanding in the use of computer tools such as productivity software, BMS systems, e-mail, and databases

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $96,200 and $145,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
