The Apple Store Online New Product Introduction (NPI) Program Manager is responsible for strategizing, planning and successfully implementing the launch of new products worldwide. Aligning people, process and technologies, the Program Manager will ensure the integrity of the NPI moment is preserved and enhanced by delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder, a natural leader and facilitator; is driven, organized and detail oriented; excels in program and project management; communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in an ambiguous environment; is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts; manages through relationship building and influences decisions in tough situations. This role will focus on the following: - Plan and strategize the NPI Plan of Record with high level of detail - Facilitates cross functional meetings with clear and concise communication - Manage and elevate risks to NPI - Help lead post launch analysis to capture learns for continuous process improvement
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing projects, specifically across teams or with cross functional partners
- Must display ability to prioritize deliverables, focusing on critical path items, with a persistent attention to detail.
- Experience managing multiple efforts at a time, demonstrating strong organization skills and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive team-player with a sense of ownership and accountability.

- Thrives working in a dynamic ever-changing ambiguous environment. Can take on various roles and fill gaps to get the job done
- Exhibit ability to make the right decisions based on deep analysis, experience, and discernment. Seek and incorporate mentorship.

- Comfortable taking on any crisis moments. Encourages direct and tough debate, and intuitively knows when to move on.
- Ability to evaluate complex issues with multitude of factors and propose optimal solution(s).
- Education: Degree or equivalent experience in Business Management or related field preferred.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $107,300 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
