The Motion Producer role is responsible for leading and managing execution of worldwide motion deliverables in promotion of our products, services and overall customer experiences. The role collaborates with Design, Brand, Channel and Retail partners within Marcom as well as PM, Human Interface and other outside Marcom teams to develop CG motion assets that promote product news.

Description
The Motion Production team brings the creative vision of new products and campaigns to life in a multitude of touch points throughout Apple Retail Stores, Channel partner stores, various online and social media outlets. We manage end-to-end original CG animation production, on time and within budget. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Establishing and maintaining project timelines. - Communication with cross-functional partners to acquire marketing insights necessary to deliver projects on brand. - Upholding high quality aesthetic while keeping the project on time and budget. - Meticulous in ensuring high quality creative work that is consistent across multiple touch-points and deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience with post-production workflows (editing, animation, VFX) and media formats (specs, codecs).
- Proficiency with tracking, QC and delivering multiple video files, including necessary materials used to compose final video output (such as translations, type, screens, content, etc.).
- Experience partnering with creative teams to deliver final assets.

- Capable of working with multiple teams, and able to articulate production needs from partners to keep projects on track.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken; and the ability to communicate honestly and transparently with relevant teams, vendors and stakeholders to build trust, manage expectations, and ensure creative and business alignment.
- Presentation skills to all levels of leadership, and across internal and external partners.
- Can adjust to unexpected changes in project scope, leadership feedback, and technology needs.
- Navigates ambiguity and remains flexible in dynamic production environments.
- Innovative and interested in using new technologies to improve workflow and process.
- Ability to manage production workflow while keeping creative intent a priority.
- You understand the Apple voice and aesthetic, and can shape creative work that meets the organization's expectations.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
