Our marketing team are seeking a highly motivated and diligent Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing a team of globally distributed marketing platform specialists and be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality web and email campaigns. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including producers, design, graphic production, localization, technology groups and business collaborators. Your expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as the primary content management system, coupled with Email Marketing experience, will be instrumental in optimizing our online presence and driving successful marketing campaigns.

Description
- Manage and oversee operational setup and delivery of all web and email campaigns across multiple languages from product launches and brand campaigns to lifecycle communications. - Lead and develop a distributed team of platforms specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, training and performance feedback. Adapt management styles to accommodate and benefit from different time zones. - Apply project management tools and agile techniques to coordinate teams and tasks effectively. - Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, and ensure timely delivery within project constraints. - Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of error-free web and email content across applications. - Foster strong communication channels within the cross-functional team, including marketing, design, content and technology teams. Collaborate closely with partners to understand campaign requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals. - Partner with Platforms Project team to develop and complete digital evolution roadmaps. - Support analytics teams on campaign reporting. - Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies and standard processes in web development, content management and email marketing.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7+ years of experience in web and email production management for a global technology business.
- 5+ years management experience leading and developing a globally distributed operational team.
- Experience with online marketing platforms (CMS, CDM, CRM, Email, Event, Learning).
- Proficiency of web languages: HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with SEO and Accessibility standards.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Deep understanding of data models, segmentation, SQL, data workflows and interfaces.
- Adobe Experience Manager and Email Marketing Service Provider (Salesforce, Adobe, Zeta Global, Emarsys) expertise a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to constant change and work effectively in a fast pace environment.
- Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communicator, collaborator and teammate.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $149,500 and $279,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
