Description

We are seeking a strategic and technically adept leader to drive the Marketing Technology & Operations functions within our global performance marketing organization at Apple Retail. This role is ideal for a visionary MarTech expert with deep experience in marketing analytics, measurement infrastructure, and automation, alongside a strong grasp of investment planning and performance marketing operations. Key Responsibilities: Technical Vision & Strategy: define the team's vision and technical roadmap, with a focus on operational efficiency, scalability and innovation. Measurement Strategy: act as business lead on the development and execution of our measurement roadmap in collaboration with Marketing Analytics and Data Science, ensuring robust and scalable metrics for tracking campaign effectiveness. Investment Strategy & Planning: own the global investment strategy, including goal setting and coordination of resource allocation to spend media dollars more effectively across channels. Align marketing spend with company goals and market opportunities. Executive Reporting: Manage the team responsible for global reporting and deliver clear, actionable insights to leadership on marketing performance. Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: serve as a cross-functional thought partner to Marketing Analytics, Finance, Commercial Marketing and Commercial Management teams to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and operational plans. Operational Excellence: Lead process improvements to streamline workflows across marketing planning, insights, and execution. Foster a data-driven, results-oriented team culture. Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing analytics, or a related technical marketing role
  • 2+ years leading high-performing teams (5+ preferred)
  • Expertise in marketing technology (martech, adtech), measurement frameworks, and marketing automation
  • Proven ability in executive-level reporting and communication

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, or related field
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, CDPs, marketing automation platforms, and CMS.
  • Demonstrated experience in the procurement, onboarding, and management of MarTech tools and platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques for campaign optimization and marketing automation.
  • Solid knowledge of investment strategies, budgeting, and marketing forecasting on a global scale
  • Skilled at influencing and collaborating across departments and leadership levels
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive operational efficiency

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $176,700 and $266,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
