Description
This role manages an Engineering Project Management (EPM) team responsible for driving projects that deliver user-facing features and some internal initiatives. You will lead a team that collaborates with engineering and design teams to define new features, develop project plans, and track and communicate progress. EPMs work closely with engineering leadership to prioritize tasks, manage project execution, and share updates at both engineering and executive levels. They also play a key role in capacity planning and problem-solving across competing deliverables. Additionally, you will be involved in identifying and resolving conflicts, managing interdependencies, and ensuring alignment across teams. Success in this role requires exceptional relationship-building skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration within Apple. A solid understanding of software development and a strong interest in user experience are essential. The role also involves direct, hands-on participation in key projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces challenging and innovative projects, and values teaching and mentoring to develop outstanding EPMs.

Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional software projects.
- Self-motivated with creative and critical thinking capabilities.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Solid understanding of software development processes, including features, bug management, and convergence.
- Demonstrated success in building relationships and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and culture-building skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to distill complex information and tailor communication for diverse audiences.

Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $173,100 and $301,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
