Apple is seeking an experienced Legal Project Manager to join the Legal Operations & Global Security team. We are looking for an expert in the industry with a focus on litigation and investigations to partner with our internal and external teams to effectively manage matters across Apple's legal docket. In this role, you'll work with a diverse team of Legal Project Managers, eDiscovery Analysts, and litigation support professionals.
Description
In this role you will serve as a Legal Project Manager to deliver world-class support to multiple pre-litigation and litigation matter teams. You will act as a liaison between in-house counsel, internal business groups, outside counsel, and eDiscovery vendors. You will work in conjunction with the Discovery Manager, Legal Project Managers, eDiscovery Analysts, Legal Technology Solutions, IS&T, and our internal Business groups to support legal matters from inception to conclusion. As a Legal Project Manager, you will foster a collaborative environment and lead by example with a can-do attitude and a vision of excellence, inclusivity, and compassion while also being process-oriented and striving for efficiency.

- 5+ years hands-on experience working as a paralegal/project manager at a vendor, law firm, or in-house legal department
- Bachelors' degree or certification in relevant legal technology processes
- Strong aptitude and experience with litigation and trials
- A thorough understanding of litigation lifecycle
- A thorough understanding of discovery processes

- Ability to work independently and proactively to meet aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment, including managing and prioritizing deliverables with cross-functional teams
- Sound business judgment and ability to handle multiple wide-ranging matters, conflicting deadlines, while exploring new areas of expertise as business needs change
- Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues quickly and effectively in a positive and practical manner
- Interest in and ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and take ownership of projects while balancing time, quality, cost, and risk
- Ability to foster and facilitate teamwork by cultivating relationships, collaborating, and effectively communicating with teammates and cross-functional partners in the pursuit of team goals; shares information and supports others
- Maintain high ethical standards both personally and professionally; shows integrity and fairness in dealings with others; is reliable and trustworthy
- Demonstrate sound judgment, discretion, and ability to properly handle confidential and sensitive information
- Membership to industry associates such as Association of eDiscovery Specialists Certification (ACEDS), or EDRM preferred
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
