Apple's Original Content Legal group is responsible for the full range of legal work for the acquisition, production, and distribution of audiovisual content. We are looking for an organized, ambitious, and motivated individual with a minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative support role.

Description

You'll provide general support to the Apple Original Content Legal team. You'll help plan and execute meetings, presentations, and trainings for the team; quickly develop an understanding of the team's operations, culture, policies, and procedures; have consistent interaction with top Executive Admins and Executives within Apple Inc; handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information; complete expense reports; onboard new employees; proactively manage team support, ranging from supplies, facilities, and more. Responsible for understanding and facilitating various signature and legal filing and retention workflows. We're looking for someone who applies strategic thinking, who's able to understand the business and see the "big picture," and who excels at working with complex and different personalities diplomatically. You'll contribute a fun and creative approach to team activities and morale.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years experience.
  • Experience in supporting executive-level staff (arranging travel and submitting expense reports).
  • New employee onboarding including, equipment ordering, internal alignment with hiring managers, and Day 1 onsite onboarding process.
  • Supports office space planning, IS&T support, printer maintenance, and ordering office supplies and materials.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
  • Ability to utilize tact, diplomacy, discretion, and sound judgment at all times, especially when exposed to sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to display a high level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with people at all levels is imperative.
  • On-site facilities contact for all building-related issues, notifying the team of facilities-related work when necessary, and partnering with internal contacts to ensure the needs of the business are met.
  • Experience planning, managing, and executing large-scale events.
  • Maintain guidelines, status reports, project trackers, weekly guild reports, and coverage charts.
  • Interested in understanding contract management, IP rights tracking, and learning about the full range of legal work involved in the development, production, acquisition, and distribution of Apple TV+ television series and feature films.
  • Proficiency in Apple programs, such as iCal, Keynote, Numbers, and Pages, is required; proficiency in MS Word and redlining software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $36.85 and $55.35/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
