Description
We are seeking a lease payments analyst to join our Real Estate and Development Finance team. In this role, the payments analyst will have a key role in completing lease payments for Apple and ensuring timely payments to our landlords. They will be part of a team who enjoy a close partnership with our Real Estate Transaction and Lease Administration teams, GBS, and Technical Accounting, ensuring payments are accounted for in accordance with the FASB's new lease accounting standard, ASC 842. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end processing of landlord billings in Tririga, which includes invoice processing, vendor onboarding, banking updates, and portfolio due date tracking - Review and reconcile landlord statements to identify and correct any payment issues - Align with Apple Financial Policies, prepare operational reporting and engage in team projects and improvements

- 2 years of full time relevant work experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a global, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with cross functional teams across multiple business functions and build effective partnerships
- Great teammate who is willing to assist other team members in getting the job done
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous and outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to exercise good judgement and discretion within Apple's policies
- Proficient with Financial Databases (i.e. SAP); Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $107,300 and $161,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
