You will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's pivotal initiatives by conducting in-depth research, analyzing data, and providing valuable insights. You will work closely with the strategy team to craft and implement effective strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and maintain a competitive edge in the market. Description

1. Research and Analysis: - Conduct extensive market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends evaluation to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks. - Collect, analyze, and interpret large sets of data to extract key insights that drive strategic decision-making. - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the industry, including market dynamics, customer preferences, and regulatory landscape. 2. Strategy Development: - Develop and refine strategic objectives, initiatives, and action plans. - Assist in the formulation of long-term strategic plans and annual business plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Provide support in developing business cases, conducting feasibility studies, and evaluating potential partnerships or acquisitions. 3. Performance Monitoring: - Establish key performance indicators and metrics to track the progress and effectiveness of strategic initiatives. - Monitor and evaluate performance against established targets, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions. - Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings, progress, and insights to partners and senior management. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, marketing, and sales, to gather relevant data and insights for strategic analysis. - Act as a strategic partner to various departments, providing guidance and recommendations to optimize processes, streamline operations, and drive growth. 5. Continuous Learning and Improvement: - Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the organization's strategic objectives. - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the strategy function. - Participate in professional development activities such as attending conferences, workshops, and industry forums.
  • 5+ years of experience in a strategy, finance, business analysis, or similar role, preferably within a large-scale corporate environment
  • Proficiency in large scale data analysis; expert Excel skills
  • Hands-on experience working with BI platforms and tools such as Tableau
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex data-driven projects with multiple partners
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or another quantitative field

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
