Our Education Sales team is here to grow Apple's Education business through partnering with our business channel resellers, partners, and carriers while helping schools and institutions to improve student and teacher outcomes. Our WW Education Customer Success Programs team is responsible for leading the strategy and enablement of WW programs that support the needs of our education customers as well as help drive strong business growth. As an InternationalApple Distinguished Schools Program Manager, you will partner alongside our global Apple education teams on the development of targeted activities and advocacy programs that help showcase innovative learning environments with Apple technology. This is a highly strategic role which requires working across complex business and education environments, being comfortable with ambiguity, and making effective decisions.

Description

As an International Apple Distinguished Schools Program Manager on our Worldwide Education team, you will be responsible for driving strategies that help nurture our current community, grow the number of institutions that are part of this program, and amplify the success of our Apple Distinguished Schools (ADS) community. In this role, you will: - Partner with the Americas ADS Program Manager to lead the strategy and execution of a world class education institution advocacy program. - Act as a trusted advisor with global education teams to support the international implementation of the ADS program, ensuring ongoing quality and maintaining the integrity of the ADS program and its community. - Partner with leadership and learning teams across the globe to ensure a sustainable and collaborative community supporting best practice sharing, skill development and drives innovation and impact. - Create experiences and resources for this community that are relevant, add value and excite the community. - Establish strategies to scale this community through both direct and indirect models, such as channel and multiplier organizations. - Create new ways to amplify the teaching and learning success of Apple Distinguished Schools to help new to Apple institutions and systems see the potential of Apple in their learning environment. - Be responsible for creating methodology and data monitoring processes to help demonstrate the value and impact of the ADS community. - Design and develop innovative strategies and solutions to drive best practices in the adoption and implementation of Apple products, solutions, and marketing priorities that support education customers. - Be a thought leader in developing future education sales advocacy programs.
  • Typically requires minimum of 12+ years of related experience
  • Significant experience as an educator, education leader, administrator, and/or related role focused on marketing educational technology and/or initiatives focused on education
  • Strategic thought leadership with broad scale understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing education globally and deep expertise on how technology can help address these problems.
  • Experience developing original content, presentations and collateral to promote programs, initiatives, resources
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Education

Preferred Qualifications

  • Leadership experience at a system or school-level and the ability to deeply understand and empathize with the opportunities and challenges of leadership is highly preferred
  • Deep knowledge of the Apple education ecosystem and high level of proficiency with Apple products and services is a plus
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills, including the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partners
  • Project management experience to oversee and manage multiple work-streams, while also demonstrating execution excellence in the deliverables.
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to gain alignment on program objectives and priorities with senior leaders, internally and externally
  • Experience collaborating on global projects is a plus
  • Advanced degree in Education is a plus

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $166,900 and $250,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
