This includes the creation of programs for developing key talent and around making our culture more inclusive. We are seeking a candidate who can guide the Hardware I&D Committee in driving organization-wide impact.

Description

In this role you will develop and implement a global strategy for recruitment, retention and development to advance I&D goals while leading the Hardware Technologies I&D Committee in driving strategies. You'll establish communication plans to measure progress and incorporate insights from hardware and its business functions, and grassroots I&D research to shape initiatives. Developing educational content to enhance internal awareness and establishing a Community of Practice will further embed I&D efforts. You'll be partnering with cross-functional leaders and R&D teams to share best practices, design strategies, and implement I&D initiatives across all organizational levels. In collaboration with People Business Partners you'll analyze I&D data to create and track action plans and drive engagement through LoB partners. You will support the implementation of I&D solutions by aligning recruiting, talent development, inclusive products/services, and external partnerships with business needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience; or a Master's degree with 3 years of related experience; or a PhD without experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in Inclusion & Diversity and talent development initiatives
  • Strong ability to influence cross-functional leaders and build effective business partnerships to establish clear and relevant metrics
  • Experience in training, facilitation, and project management with an emphasis on collaboration
  • Resourceful, inventive, self-motivated and able to lead independently
  • Ability to learn the details of how the teams work to create effective strategies and solutions.

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $112,900 and $234,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
