The Human Interface team is seeking an experienced Senior Interaction Designer who is ready to apply their expertise to the exciting challenge of designing how Apple's software platforms uphold Apple's key values of privacy and security.

* Gain expertise in legal and regulatory frameworks related to data protections. * Designing for transparency in how personal data is used, developing user-friendly controls for customers to select the level of access they desire for platforms and apps, and safeguarding devices from sophisticated security threats. * Mixture of conceptualizing, presenting, and debating ideas and solutions across groups of designers, engineers, and executives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating your design thinking, hands-on expertise, and problem solving skills
- Track record of project leadership, creative thinking, and cross functional collaboration in support of influencing a seamless customer experience that feels like it just works
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in developing innovative visions for our product experiences leveraging user interface principles and generative computing
- Adaptable in a fast-paced design environment
- Ability to work in a complex enterprise at scale
- High level of curiosity for technology amplified by your design craft
- Sensitivity to the needs of an increasingly diverse and global audience
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,800 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
