Description

The Apple Design team strives to solve the question of what a great product should be. The work is driven by the design process, through a collaborative group of specialists focused on creating the best user experience. Our group leads that collaboration through concepts and prototypes. In this role you would be responsible for supporting a team of designers who craft the UI for Apple software platforms and first party app experiences. Your time in the studio will be used to strategically drive product development by being highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and perceptive.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Track record collaborating with creatives and supporting multi-disciplinary teams to ideate, iterate, and launch new product experiences
  • Experience managing multiple projects, resources, schedules, and priorities across multiple work streams, ensuring high-quality design solutions in a continuously evolving creative environment
  • Strong storytelling skills utilized to influence design intent across a variety of specialized teams and range of levels within Apple
  • Expertise in creating project plans and tracking documents including scheduling and meeting notes
  • Commitment to designing inclusive and accessible products
  • Portfolio demonstrating your workflow process, creative IQ, and problem solving abilities

Education & Experience

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,800 and $312,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
