This team is looking for an Engineering Project Manager (EPM) to lead the design and development of these products.

Description
Health Technologies EPMs are confident organizers who are ready to work with the highly skilled Hardware, Software, Clinical, Mechanical Design and Industrial Design teams to identify and resolve potential risks to the schedule and quality of the product. The EPM will interact with these engineering design disciplines plus Safety, Reliability, Marketing, Packaging, Manufacturing, Component Engineering, and other resources inside and outside Apple. Key responsibilities include: • Build and maintain project schedules; evaluate course of action in a timely manner when issues arise • Lead communication between project teams and external vendors • Enable the development effort by highlighting key milestones, tracking details with multi-functional team members, and facilitating team dynamics • Facilitate communication across a full multi-functional team including: engineering, operations, design teams, clinical, and regulatory • Provide timely issue resolution and critical path management • Provide status updates to different levels of management team • Lead preparation of presentations to the executive team
Minimum Qualifications
- B.S. ME/EE/BME degree or equivalent in any engineering field
- Project/Program Manager with a minimum of 3+ years of related engineering background in computer, consumer electronics, or health technologies
- Practicing engineer prior to becoming a project manager
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing schedules with mechanical, electrical, SW, and regulatory milestones
- Experience handling vendors, driving materials for builds, and managing development builds with manufacturers
- Strong presentation skills, including preparing the deck with a clear message
- Experience with forecasting project budgets
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
