Description
We are seeking an experienced Head of Product Marketing to lead our product marketing strategy and execution in a competitive and rapidly evolving technology landscape. This role is critical in shaping how we position our company and launch our products and features, enabling our customers, partners, and sales teams to succeed. As head of product marketing, you will collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to create demand for our platform, differentiate our offerings, and drive meaningful impact across our business. You'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact at a global, industry-leading company. This role reports to Vice President, Marketing at Claris. What You'll Do * Build a High-Performing Product Marketing Team: Establish, mentor and lead a high-performing product marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability. * Champion Product Storytelling: Translate complex product capabilities into simple, relatable value propositions and foundational messaging for diverse technical and business personas. * Execute with Excellence: Partner with marketing and sales teams to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns, assets, and sales enablement tools that drive adoption, retention, and growth. * Engage Key Stakeholders: Work closely with Product Leadership to influence product roadmaps and with Sales teams to train and provide tools for success. * Lead Market Insights: Oversee competitive analysis, customer research, and market trends to inform positioning and product strategy. * Collaborate Across Ecosystems: Work with our global community of services partners and developers to build joint marketing initiatives that amplify reach and engagement.

Minimum Qualifications
- Proven Expertise: 10+ years of experience in product marketing leadership roles, ideally within technology or SaaS environments.
- People Leader: Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.

- Strategic Thinker & Hands-On Leader: Ability to develop long-term strategies while being comfortable rolling up your sleeves for execution.
- Exceptional Communication: A natural storyteller with excellent writing and presentation skills to engage internal and external audiences.

- Data-Driven & Outcome-Oriented: Demonstrated success in running data-informed marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
- Customer Obsessed: Deep understanding of customer pain points and ability to advocate for their needs across the product lifecycle.
- Demonstrable results: track record of successfully taking to market complex software products.
- Trend Awareness and Innovation: Obsesses over emerging technologies and future trends, using these insights to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
- Collaborative Relationship Building: Approaches work with curiosity, inclusivity, and a focus on building positive relationships across functions and levels, including product, sales, and leadership teams.
- Influence and Trust: Proven ability to influence leaders, gain trust, and foster mutual respect across teams and organizational levels.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $222,600 and $334,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
