The Hardware Technologies Organizational Development & Learning (HWT OD&L aka Hardware Tech Learning) team is looking for an Organizational Development (OD) Program Manager to work on organizational change management initiatives and partner with managers/leaders and teams to help enable and improve cross-functional efficiency and productivity.

Description

- Conduct thorough analysis to identify organizational needs and opportunities for improvement. - Initiate programs that help HWT team members prepare their skills for the future. - Guide and manage organizational changes to help with transitions and minimize disruptions. - Cultivate an organizational culture that supports HWT and Apple's values and mission. - Utilize data analytics to obtain metrics on progress. - Act as an internal consultant to leaders, providing expertise on organizational development strategies - collaborating with HWT OD&L, People Business Partners, and others.
  • Bachelors degree + 10 years relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in organizational development in a corporate or engineering environment.
  • Experience managing or collaborating on change management initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Analytical skills: Ability to assess complex organizational issues, identify root causes, and problem solve towards effective solutions.
  • Partnership skills: Ability to partner with senior managers and above on complex team and cross-functional engagements.
  • Interpersonal skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels across the organization.
  • Instructional design skills: Ability to design and development work sessions that have clear objectives, sequential flow, high engagement, and relevant work-related outcomes for in-person, virtual, or e-Learning.
  • Project management skills: Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organization and time-management capabilities.
  • Communication skills: Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to filter and distill important information to the right audience.
  • Multi-media tools skills: Understanding of multimedia tools, software and graphics applications, such as Keynote, Final Cut Pro, iMovie, HTML, Adobe Photoshop, and/or Adobe Illustrator.
  • Familiar with organizational development and/or change management models.
  • Able to facilitate robust conversations.
  • Ability to cut through ambiguity.
  • Experience working in a fast pace engineering environment.
  • Education: BA or BS in Organizational Development, or related field

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $140,700 and $280,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
