The Growth Marketing Product Manager will work with a wide variety of functional teams across Apple to design, develop, connect and implement technology solutions that enable meaningful conversations with our customers, on their devices. Description

- Identify opportunities to drive the usage of Apple Intelligence, ML, and other personalization capabilities across the Apple ecosystem, all with an eye on user privacy. - Creatively problem solve and propose solutions, while understanding the known limitations and resource constraints - Gather requirements and use cases from various teams, and identify necessary key platform capabilities - Assess and recommend solutions to deliver required capabilities, and determine a roadmap - Collaborate with a broad range of teams, including product, marketing, engineering, analytics, operations, QA, business development and design teams - Build presentations and with strong story telling to help align cross-functional teams on new ideas to solve complex problems. - Working with multiple organizations with unique priorities in ambiguous environments, drive initiatives through to execution

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 7+ years of experience, both as a product manager and as a hands-on user of B2C advertising/marketing technology
  • Experience identifying creative solutions to complex problems and building stories and presentations around those solutions to help align stakeholders
  • A sophisticated understanding of subscription and/or recurring revenue business models
  • Experience partnering with strategy, business, design and engineering teams to scope and implement new products and features
  • Deep experience documenting formalized user requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Experience using positive influence of co-workers, leadership, and business partners to drive significant impact in matrixed structures
  • Proven experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects
  • You create, build, and cultivate positive interpersonal relationships, are flexible in nature, and able to tackle multiple challenges all while keeping a sense of humor

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep experience cutting through ambiguity to find the right path despite haziness or uncertainty
  • Ability to build cross-functional partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
  • A strong sense of design thinking and a solid understanding of what make a great customer experience
  • Deep marketing expertise
  • Excellent story telling capabilities
  • Master's or foreign equivalent degree

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
