Description
Geo Programs Readiness and Deployment Manager will ensure our worldwide sales programs take into account the nuances of the countries where they get deployed while making sure that the geo teams in charge of implementing them have all the tools, documentation and support they need for a successful deployment. An integral member of the WW CSO team, this role will co-ordinate reviews and decisions with XF teams at WW level and will drive and manage regular meetings and forums with Geo Sales Program leads.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading E2E projects related to retail staffing, training, engagement, and/or digital solutions programs
- 5+ years program, product or technical program management experience, ideally in a sales or retail organization
- BS/BA degree required
- The highest level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- Experience delivering customer-facing global programs
- Possess basic technical skills with the ability to drive into technical details and design in order to partner with product and engineering teams to deliver the desired in-store experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills and the ability to work with cross-functional and partner teams across many levels of management
- Experience designing and bringing programs to market from critical thinking to requirements, sell-in and deployment
- Solid track record meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
