The way data is stored, secured, managed, scaled, presented is a story by itself. Infrastructure Services (IS) Data Services team provides database based solutions and data related services to Apple's applications. We enable data-driven innovation by building database/data centric services to diverse internal collaborators. We are looking for a software engineer passionate about database/data solutions. In this role you will design/develop data centric services that provides best in class experience and empower internal developer community.

Description
As a Software Engineer on the IS Data Services team you will design and build modern database centric services that empowers data driven innovation in Apple's applications. You will work with passionate engineers and partner with cross functional teams across Apple to develop features and functionalities for database related managed services.
- Software development experience with Python/Go
- Software development experience with Typescript or Javascript
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
- Knowledge of database like Mongo, CockroachDB, Mysql
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of Software development experience with Python/Go
- 4+ years of Software development experience with Typescript or Javascript
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
- Knowledge of database like Mongo, CockroachDB, Mysql
