Description
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to implement responsive and accessible web applications for Apple's Online Store. Write clean, modular, and reusable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend frameworks like React or Vue.js. Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and user engagement, ensuring a seamless experience for millions of users globally. Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks, cross-browser compatibility issues, and ensure code quality through peer reviews and testing. Stay up to date with emerging web technologies and contribute to enhancing the online store's frontend architecture. Ensure the highest standards in security, accessibility, and design fidelity.

Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in frontend development, particularly in high-traffic, consumer-facing applications.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and experience with modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Solid understanding of browser internals, web performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with back-end services.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with server-side rendering (Next.js, Nuxt.js).
- Familiarity with GraphQL and modern API paradigms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating user-friendly, pixel-perfect interfaces.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of build tools, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and mobile-first principles.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $214,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
