Description
Real Estate & Development (RE&D) Finance is looking for an intellectually curious, self-starter that is highly motivated to support construction activities around the world. This role is an integral partner to the Real Estate & Development team, supporting business activities and analyzing cost drivers and savings opportunities for construction projects. Our business partners are driven to seamlessly deliver remarkably great Apple experiences, and we support them in accomplishing that. Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of FP&A experience required
- BS/BA or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required (MBA and/or CPA is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications
- Create and analyze financial reporting for capital projects to ensure accuracy, insight and cost saving controls
- Participate in the annual budgeting process and help with quarterly actuals/forecasting activities (such as quarter end close and forecast)
- Analyze vendor quotes for scope and accuracy
- Support and drive improvements to our current business processes
- Develop and innovate reporting for Finance and Business Leadership
- Partner with many cross-functional and global business partners including Real Estate & Development, Corporate Procurement and Global Business Solutions
- Perform ad hoc analysis as needed
- Support the business on ad-hoc requests and help them through the Finance processes
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $107,300 and $161,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
