We are seeking a Factory SoC Test Support Engineering Program Manager to work on Apple's next groundbreaking SoC's. As an Engineering Program Manager within the HW Technology Program Management organization, you will be responsible for managing the SoC validation environment in Apple's New Product Introduction (NPI) factories, working with multi-functional software, hardware, product and silicon engineering teams. You will be an individual contributor, working on a Senior Project Management team, responsible for driving silicon program schedules, resolving technical issues, and enabling new Apple products with innovative silicon. In this role, you will manage the factory silicon validation environment for Apple's new product introduction process, from first prototype builds through ramping for mass production, contributing to the release of the highest quality, innovative SoCs in all of Apple's products.

- Manage a forum that drives factory test software delivery and issue resolution with multi-functional teams: Silicon Validation, Product Engineering, System Hardware and Software, Factory Hardware Test Engineering. - Debug technical silicon and system issues and drive them to closure by bringing together key partners. - Provide clear and focused communication of program risks and status, including issue reporting and tracking. - Collaborate and facilitate communication across multi-functional engineering teams and their management.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS + minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Silicon validation and/or applicable manufacturing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Program or project management experience; managing, prioritizing and maintaining multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience.
- Self-motivated and pro-active with demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills.
- Dedicated to own/drive project planning and development.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,300 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
