Description
As a Facilities Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks of our company's facilities services, supervising a team of facilities staff, and ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient environment. - Ensure team compliance with agreed SLA's and important metrics - Drive and support professional growth for team members, providing coaching and mentorship on areas for development - Select, develop, and evaluate personnel and vendor support, to ensure the efficient operations of all campus services - Provide training to new team members and vendor leads, to ensure that they are up to speed within our internal systems and processes - Analyze all opportunities and recommend ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs - Act as advisor to department and become actively involved, as required, to meet schedules and resolve problems - Prepare regular reports, perform audits on various operations and evaluate processes as per business requirements - Respond to manager objectives and provide measure of how they are to be achieved - Update furniture part numbers and descriptions using common nomenclature - Identify, review, and validate all furniture standards
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working in a fast-paced multi-facility environment, with a focus in making buildings outstanding workplaces
- Bachelor Degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Auto Cad, as well as Apple OS
- Strong people management experience with ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a diverse team
- Must have the ability to learn quickly, work autonomously, and address any issues that arise
- Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize tasks in a self-directed work environment and maintain high levels of productivity without direct supervision
- Solid budgeting and financial management skills
- Analytical and organizational skills with the ability to supervise multiple high priority demands simultaneously
- Communicate effectively and provide direction to contractors and vendors performing services for the company
- Cultivate relationships with key contacts and cross-functional partners to create a cohesive work environment
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $52.05 and $78.05/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
