The Facilities Projects Team Manager is responsible for driving key project deliverables and leadership of the SCV project teams. The role reports to the Projects & Logistics Manager. Key Duties: • Establish a best-in-class organization by establishing KPIs for all employees- Hold the team accountable for productivity, timeliness, and quality by collecting data and disseminating metrics to support those performance indicators • Provide outstanding customer service, enabling internal Apple customers to do their life's best work in safe, well-maintained facilities. • Maintain accurate and audit-ready compliance records, ensuring all inspections, permits, and safety protocols are up-to-date. Address regulatory feedback proactively. • Act as the primary point of contact for emergency incidents, ensure immediate action, clear communication, and timely resolution without requiring leadership intervention. • Provide consistent and proactive updates to leadership on operational performance, and potential risks. • Oversee third-party service vendors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. Monitor costs, budgets, contract compliance, and vendor performance. • Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose solutions to improve service levels, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. • Oversee department budget spend • Maintains and enhances key operational documents, including SOPs, the weekly Project Report, Monthly and Quarterly Presentations and Quarterly Business Reports • Serves as a team leader for a team of Project Managers
Minimum Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent, with technical training courses or technical school background.
- Demonstrated communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Self-driven initiative to implement best practices in building maintenance.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,800 and $220,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
