The Marcom Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring the Marcom Studio and related Infrastructures are properly set up and maintained to provide an inspiring, effective, and secure work environment. This entails day-to-day maintenance and upkeep as well as facilities related services. The Facilities Manager will participate in strategically planning for future needs and managing associated remodeling projects and build-outs. This requires constant monitoring of the creative workspaces and making recommendations for change or improvement.

Description

In this role you will serve as a key liaison with the Marcom Facilities team and LA facilities from the RE&D team to ensure the execution of Marcom global standards. RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise Marcom building coordinators and day porters in the LA region Manage building security, serving as Secure Access Manager for all LA Marcom space and managing badge requests, security officer requests, and coordinating maintenance with end users in secure space. Plan, organize, and coordinate internal moves, managing movers, vendors, and internal/external staff as necessary. Oversee administrative access to conference rooms and manage room setups for meetings and events. Coordinate event logistics, including setup and catering arrangements. Install and maintain office signage and posters to ensure consistent branding and communication. Partner with hiring managers to allocate seating for new hires, reset workstations, and manage floor plan adjustments. Conduct quarterly space assessments and submit to RE&D Engage daily with vendors and contractors to schedule repairs, oversee maintenance, and ensure timely completion of assigned projects. Conduct daily office walkthroughs to maintain an organized environment, monitor office supply levels, and manage break area stock. Collaborate with reception staff to support general office management and operations. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Facilities Management in a corporate setting, overseeing operations, maintenance, and vendor management.
  • Experience with general computer applications, including Wrike and Mac programs.
  • Experience in business operations, supervision, and management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Strong commitment to creating a positive customer experience
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • A flexible and resourceful approach to problem solving
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly, directly, and persuasively.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,100 and $206,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
