Description
In this fast paced hybrid role, your day will be filled with duties in the roles as receptionist - administering employee and guest access to our site and onsite event support - greeting all guests, both employees and visitors. Responsibilities include: • Greet all incoming guests, visitors, and clients. Support and guide visitor access and maintain general awareness of security guidelines. • Order general office supplies, snacks, beverages, and other miscellaneous items for the building's operation • Collect and maintain job related data and identify trends for improvement and provide necessary reports to supervisor • Partner with team to support onsite meetings and events • Establish relationships and manage cross-functional relationships between departments on and throughout site. • Serve as central location for information • Ensure reception areas are cleaned well-kept and maintained • Submit service requests for repairs or maintenance • Form relationships with building management and security • Assist in maintaining daily operations of facility services by doing daily walk-through of conference rooms and common areas
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of related experience in customer service
- Experience with Microsoft Office and other office applications
- Technologically skilled in working with iOS and macOS based applications

- Strong problem solving capabilities
- Ability to balance multiple tasks with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Communicates effectively via phone, email, and other written correspondence
- Takes pride in their work and holds themselves to the highest standards
- Complete tasks/projects on time and is able work independently with minimum supervision
- An ambitious spirit tied in with diligence, integrity, and exceptional customer focus are key traits we are looking for
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $26.25 and $37.10/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
