Executive Relations represents a huge opportunity to elevate Apple's link between customers and Apple's Executive Team, Public Relations, Investor Relations, Legal, and Senior Leadership globally. In this role you will play a critical part in helping solve complex, sensitive issues. To do so, you will leverage Apple internal partners to create innovative solutions through root cause analysis. Description
As an Executive Relations Liaison focused on making sound judgments, and utilizing problem-solving skills in a timely manner, you will identify opportunities for process or system improvement. You will stay self motivated and customer focused in a dynamic role while working independently. Responsibilities: -Provide quick and efficient support, meeting business directed service-level agreements -Ability to identify root cause and collaborate with internal partners to find a solution -Build strong working relationships with the immediate team, region, and other functional partners.
- 5 years experience providing excellent customer service
- Ability to self manage and work independently in a dynamic, constantly changing environment
- Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats, with customers or internal partners
- Prioritize workload, handle multiple and often competing tasks, and meet deadlines for a variety of responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Able to navigate ambiguity to clarify objectives and execution plans
- Project management and/or change management experience
- Recognize trends and provide feedback to leadership to improve processes that will enhance internal and external customer experience
- Makes space to listen, learn, and amplify diverse perspectives and experiences
- Spanish, French, and/or Portuguese fluency
- BS/BA or equivalent experience
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $87,300 and $131,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
