Description

We are looking for a bright and experienced Executive Assistant to support the Head of Global Video as well as provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Global Video team. The highly motivated, well-organized candidate will be responsible for both general executive administrative tasks as well as some operational and project coordination activities.

  • The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of Executive Assistant experience, including heavy calendar management, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize meetings based on last-minute changes
  • Experience coordinating complex travel arrangements, both domestic and international, and completing expenses.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong sense of professionalism.
  • Strong multitasker with premier organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a strong work ethic and handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident, well-informed decisions.
  • Ability to notice trends and anticipate needs and changes, and react accordingly with a calm demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships cross-functionally.
  • Possess a "can-do" attitude - no task is too big or too small.
  • Ability to handle conflict appropriately, and know when to escalate issues and when to apply common sense.
  • Experience on the Mac platform highly desired.

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $35.45 and $64.40/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
