The Apple Events Team works with several teams across the company to bring Apple's iconic brand and products to life for audiences around the world. From new launches and keynotes to live productions and hands on experiences, this team is charged with managing the planning, end-to-end production, guest journeys and unique details that make these events special.
Description
The Events Coordinator will assist the department in project managing and producing events of varying scale and scope, taking on specific event-related tasks as needed. This person will be a critical team member coordinating several logistical and creative elements including guest arrival and journey, project management, setup, load-in, load-out, and wrap reports. The Events Coordinator will support event logistics and production including project management, vendor coordination, attendee experience, food and beverage, design, decor, setup, break-down, security planning, event documentation and meeting planning. Key Deliverables: - Assist in timeline calendaring for events. - Assist in organizing and distilling a large amount of production information into clear written and verbal communications. - Support the team in daily business operations and procedures. - Monitor and report on the competitive landscape of events and experiences. - Coordinate and execute assigned events from concept to execution. - Be an active and contributing member in our team's creative think tank.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in event support, production, or management.
- Proficient in Mac and Keynote.
- Must be willing to travel.

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $88,100 and $132,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
