Apple's Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) organization manages key business and technical infrastructure at Apple that influences how online orders are placed, overall customer experience with order, AppleCare service offering, Financial book closure and much more. We need a SAP support & upgrade lead who loves to get hands-on while driving day to day operational excellence and offering the highest service levels to our business partners and as a lead coordinates and manages annual SAP upgrades. • 10+ years of SAP functional / implementation experience
• Expertise in one of the SAP modules like SD, MM, and FI
• Experience in managing and implementing multiple cycles of upgrades

• Strong aptitude to do hands-on to troubleshoot production support issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive issue resolution across teams
• Experience in partnering with vendor teams both onsite and offshore
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and sensitive to established schedules and scopes
• Ability to establish & manage relationships with various business stakeholders
• Ability to understand ABAP code to aid troubleshooting
• Hands on experience on S/4 HANA will be a significant plus
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any related field

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
