We are looking for a SAP operations lead who can drive improvements in our SAP support operations through usage of tools to identify early trends, improvement opportunities, detect and address inefficiencies, automation.
Description
As SAP Operations Lead, you will be expected to have end to end responsibility in driving improvements in SAP support operations. This will be through multiple paths such as Driving practical adoption of new offerings/technologies such as AIML, GenAI, Signavio that help identify trends, opportunities Detect and address inefficiencies in different aspects of operations such as resource, business data. Automation to reduce inefficiencies and errors Influencing designs keeping in mind long term operational support implications

Minimum Qualifications
- 12+ years of SAP experience
- Experience with S/4 HANA
- Understanding of SAP landscape of business
- Experience in partnering with vendor teams both onsite and offshore
- Analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 12+ years of SAP experience in any area with proven record of having owned and implemented significant initiatives that have brought in measurable benefits
- Strong analytical skills with ability to work with and interpret large data sets having implemented monitoring including anomaly detection to help early detection
- Keen understanding of key business processes as implemented in a highly customized and complex SAP landscape of business / system exceptions
- Ability to establish & maintain relationship with various stakeholders
- Working experience on S/4 HANA and in driving adoption of new offerings / technologies such as AIML, GenAI, BTP initiatives for SAP use cases will be a significant advantage
- Experience in process mining / orchestration tools like SAP Signavio
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive issue resolution across teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
