Come join Apple's dedicated team of Engineering Project Specialists (EPS)! Apple's Hardware Engineering Program Management Team is looking for a resourceful, energetic teammate who will help us lead key areas of Product Design in Hardware Engineering projects. In this role, you will work with Engineering Project Managers (EPMs), other EPSs, Product Design, Worldwide Product Configuration Management, Operations, Contract Manufacturers, as well as numerous other teams to manage the planning and execution of early manufacturing builds. You will contribute to project-related communications by raising key issues and presenting options for resolution to cross-functional partners and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Description
In this role, you will be responsible for managing project Bills of Materials (BOMs) from early conceptual designs to production for multiple projects. You will also establish and maintain project workflows, process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), review drawings and provide feedback to engineers, create Approved Manufacturer's Lists (AMLs) and part numbers, and track and report on product release status.
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or 3+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Proactive and highly self-motivated; good critical thinking capabilities and strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to react to resets and changes in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player who demonstrates initiative to foster teamwork/collaboration
- Experience in BOM creation and management
- Experience working with multiple different teams in an R&D environment
