The Infrastructure Services Programs & Solutions (ISPS) - Special Programs team is dedicated to driving global infrastructure readiness to support the latest innovations in Apple's product and service offerings.

Description

The IS Programs & Solutions team is seeking a driven and dynamic Engineering Program Manager who is passionate about optimizing Apple's global infrastructure to unlock new experiences for global users. You'll play a pivotal role in aligning ISPS team deliverables with critical timelines for the introduction of these new products and services. The Infrastructure Services Programs & Solutions - Special Programs Senior Engineering Program Manager will partner with cross-functional teams across Apple to ensure infrastructure readiness, specifically within our data centers and colocation sites, for Apple's newest products and services. If you are passionate about enabling detailed user experiences across Apple devices, this is the opportunity for you. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around defining vital tasks, being responsible for progress, facilitating cross-functional collaboration through meetings, and delivering comprehensive reports on advancement towards overall program goals!

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of validated experience in project or program management in infrastructure services or related technical domains
  • BS in computer science, computer engineering, or similar technical field or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • MS in computer science, computer engineering, or similar technical field
  • 5+ years of project or program management in infrastructure services or related technical domains
  • Proficiency in defining program scope, establishing timelines, and handling dependencies within a sophisticated organizational structure
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to enable effective collaboration across complementary teams and partners
  • Meticulous approach with a focus on maintaining accurate documentation and progress tracking
  • Experience with project management software such as OmniPlan, or Wrike

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
