AC Wellness Network LLC is a subsidiary of Apple Inc. and is the exclusive management services organization (MSO) for AC Wellness, a dedicated independent medical group that serves Apple Wellness Centers in Santa Clara Valley. There is a tremendous opportunity to lead initiatives that help improve how people manage their health. The MSO is looking for a world-class program manager capable of managing multiple project initiatives of varying scale, complexity, and focus. You have strong engineering program and project management (EPM) experience in software, data engineering, and operational programs. You understand how all of the pieces fit and work together. You have a track record of delivering large, complex, cross-functional technical projects with strong project planning, scoping, and resource management experience. This role is crucial in leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance the AC Wellness App and supporting features, services, and operations.

Description
In this role, you will lead and support various health teams in achieving results that are on time, within budget, and of the highest quality. You will anticipate, adjust for, and communicate problems, risks, and roadblocks while establishing and maintaining strong working relationship with peers and stakeholders. Additional key responsibilities includes: • Own program-level plan of record, including schedule, risks, resourcing, etc. for AC Wellness app, supporting features, enhancements, analytics, reporting, and operations • Work closely with engineering, design, data science, operations, and other business teams to align on project goals and ensure stakeholders engagement throughout the project lifecycle • Analyze impact of various factors on scope, schedule and project delivery • Provide regular status updates to project teams, stakeholders, senior leadership, and sponsors summarizing issues to key points and action required • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project and program success • Work collaboratively and actively resolve conflicts • Meet commitments and drive closure to open items • Measure performance against goals, evaluate results, and hold self and others accountable • This is a site-based position
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering program or project management leading highly cross-functional data and software engineering teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate with and align cross-functional teams
- Ability to recognize changing situations and pivot effectively while remaining flexible and calm during uncertain times
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master's Degree
- Experience with AI/ML project cycles
- Familiarity with chat-based application development cycles
- Strong analytical skills and a curiosity to discover opportunities for impact and a better user experience
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
