Teams include: - Apple Wallet, Payments & Commerce - Apple Services Engineering - Apple Maps - Apple Applications - Apple Music. The Evolve Rotation Program is an outstanding, full-time, 2 year technical development program within the Services organization at Apple for new early in career graduates. The program commences in Summer 2025 and offers you the opportunity to grow, both personally and professionally, through mentorship and a variety of curated projects, assignments and teams. Evolvers will benefit from a combination of training and on-the-job work experience. Over the course of two years, you will rotate through three distinct teams, gaining valuable experience and exposure to a variety of projects designed to help you develop a strong foundation. Upon successful completion of the program and subject to business need and performance, we will make our best efforts to help you transition into a non-rotating employee role within Apple

Description

Eligibility for Program: - Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree with a required graduation date of Spring or Summer 2025. Required majors include: Computer Science or Computer Engineering - Must be able to start in July/August 2025 We are looking to identify, train, and develop the next generation of technical contributors. During the Evolve Rotation Program, you will be placed on projects that allow you to work on significant, high-impact work on various Engineering teams. The rotations are designed to deepen domain knowledge and strengthen technical expertise within Backend Engineering, Full Stack Engineering, and iOS Engineering, amongst others.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficiency with any of the following programming languages or technologies:
  • Objective-C, Swift, JavaScript, HTML, CSS3, Java, Python, Hadoop, Cassandra, SolrCloud, and Kafka
  • Experience with iOS, OS X, WatchOS, Server, Distributed Systems, or Web development
  • BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

Preferred Qualifications

  • Outstanding ability to identify and resolve complex problems
  • Interpersonal skills: Conveying sophisticated ideas to multifaceted audiences, brainstorming with teams, and optimally debating ideas

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $115,700 and $204,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
