Description

In this global role, you'll lead a team of product marketing experts, setting and driving Apple's college student product marketing strategy that aligns Apple products and services with the evolving needs of college students. At Apple, collaboration drives innovation. You'll partner with and influence cross-functional teams across the organization to bring ideas to life. You'll engage deeply with the market to understand audience behaviors, trends, and insights. You will determine the best way to communicate Apple's unique value proposition across all mediums, customizing the approach to meet the distinct demands of the college student experience. You'll represent and advocate for the work in key presentations to senior leadership. You'll pioneer innovative strategies to introduce and support product adoption among college students, and align those approaches to support the higher education institution strategy. Additionally, you will develop market development strategies for new and existing products that cater to student needs. You'll create and guide centralized campaigns while supporting regional initiatives. You will carefully track and analyze results to drive continuous improvement and excellence. No two days will be the same. Adaptability, strategic prioritization, and a passion for building connections will be key to your success.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of proven experience leading product marketing, program management, or growth marketing teams in the education or technology industries.
  • Experience leading and growing teams of passionate, creative, and self-directed individuals.
  • Strong record of building successful go to market campaigns and content with demonstrated high impact.
  • Proficiency in Apple technology and belief in the power of our products to change the world.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building and leading projects and influencing diverse cross-functional partners, including agency oversight, despite competing agendas.
  • Experience developing campaigns and product offerings that resonate with college students.
  • Strong attention to detail and very high standards of quality.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Openminded, patient listener and active participant.
  • Creative and authentic storyteller with outstanding writing, editing, and design skills.

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $149,500 and $279,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
