Description

As part of the global communications and publicity team for Apple TV+, you will lead a group of professionals in driving and building effective operational processes, events strategy and talent relations activities to support worldwide PR and awards campaigns across Apple's original programming slate. From development and production throughout release and awards, you will manage detailed budgeting and forecasting, in collaboration with finance and procurement, as well as complex logistics for an array of events and talent appearances around the world. As an experienced leader, you will effectively partner with internal and external stakeholders, support and guide all communication daily with artists, showrunners, producers and their representatives, and champion the professional development of the team.
  • 15+ years of experience in the entertainment industry at a studio, network or production company, leading operations, events and/or talent relations, and managing budgets and forecasts, across domestic and international events and campaigns
  • 10+ years of leadership experience
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in budgeting and forecast tracking across publicity events and artist activities at the macro, campaign, and by-title levels, specifically at a streaming service, network or studio
  • In-depth experience working with all levels of talent and their representatives
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem solving skills, with a history of effective communication while working collaboratively with various business partners
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic who can demonstrate creative and critical thinking abilities
  • An established track record of driving strategy, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines, and demonstrating outstanding judgment in fast-paced, high-profile environments, particularly in dealing with time-sensitive and confidential matters
  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships and effectively collaborating with various partners and vendors
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of industry trends across the television and film landscape
  • Strong project and/or event management experience

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $242,300 and $388,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
